Breaking the Silence

Police Officer. Whistleblower. Speaker. Educator.

I Lost the Job I Loved
Because I Told the Truth

For decades, the Chicago Police Department has had an unwritten rule that protects officers who abuse their authority. It’s called the Code of Silence, and it’s ruined the lives of countless innocent people.

I’m one of them.

We exist to abolish police corruption so every law enforcement officer will protect and be protected, train, serve and lead ethically, be honored for upholding the law, and provide society with safety, trust and justice.

As Seen On

Uncovering Police Corruption in Chicago

I have been a Police Officer for 25 years, and while working as an Undercover Narcotics Officer, I discovered a criminal enterprise being run by my fellow officers. In 2007, I started working with the FBI to expose a criminal extortion ring in the CPD.

No Officer Walks Alone

I am pro police, anti-corruption, and yes you can be both. If you share this mission, I hope you’ll get in touch with me. And if you’re ever in a position to blow the whistle, I hope my story will help you find the courage to do it. Contacting me is confidential and a safe place to report.

I Am Committed to Breaking the Code of Silence
